GCdroid on Smartwatches.
An integration for android smartwatches like samsung galaxy watches and others. This would make this app miles and years far away from competition. Imagine you can navigate the map using only a machine on your wrist.
i know but Samsung watches don't even run Android but tizen. I have one. But too much effort. Not enough people using them.
plus there are Android watches which would be less work but I don't own one.
if anyone donates me an Android watch I'll work on it 🙈.
Manage Database info overlap
This is a minor issue. On the Manage Databases screen, the cache count/DB size is left justified and the date/time is right justified. When the combined character counts (including spaces and punctuations) exceed about 40, the two two piece of info begin two overlap in the middle (DB size and Month) making that part of the info unreadable. Perhaps a variable font size based on character counts (or dropping of spaces or reformat of the date style) can occur as needed to avoid the overlap.
ok, no idea....
I wanted to make it dynamic but that has many extra problems.
options:
a) change date format to something shorter
b) make it 2 lines for everyone
Alle Bilder laden /load all pictures
Ich fände es - als alter spoiler Cacher - hilfreich, alle Bilder laden zu können,ohne alle logs laden zu müssen. Ich stelle es mir so vor, dass das Menü hinter dem refresh Logo folgendes zeigt, wenn man sich auf dem Bilder Tab befindet:
* alle Bilder des Owners laden
* 10 älteste Bilder laden
* weitere 25 ältere Bilder laden
* weitere 25 neuere Bilder laden
Die Bilder haengen an den Logs. Es gibt keine Moeglichkeit einfach nur Bilder zu laden...
Show cachenames on map
This feature would display cachenames on the map. The txt size would be a resizeable choice, and Very Long names shortened.
The ability to shorten is also a choice.

kurzes Einblenden der Zahl der Caches in der Datenbank
"Datenbank enthält xxx Geocaches", wie bei Start der App mit der Zahl der gefundenen Caches.

Statt nur x "offline" in weißer Schrift auf roten Hintergrund
Offline is 'zu gross' und die labels der beiden 'notes' wird im moment im Code verwendet.... dumm aber so gewachsen.
daher mehr aufwand....
