filter currently uses the 'contains' function. In other words, the part you enter simply needs to be part of the name. most people don't understand regex and there are many flavors. I love it and use it daily buy java regex is way different than windows wildcards for example.

that all being said: don't you think the implemented way already solves your need?

That way we can resolve the issue. I think I know what's wrong but like to confirm. It seems like Google made a change in Android 8 that causes the crash, they realized it was a bad idea and within weeks removed the change. Seems like it got out ;-).

Most providers would not allow this and it is hard to determine which ones do.

Like I said above, MOBAC allows to do this on your PC. If this is wanted I can add support for a MOBAC supported format.

But loading within GCDroid will very likely not be implemented due to these issues.

If you think MOBAC support would be helpful vote for it...

stimmt... ist aber etwas mehr arbeit da ich dann die templates rausfiltern muss die man nicht verwenden darf, sprich ein Maintenance Template nur bei eigenem cache.
