done, coming in V2.0.6 in the next days
well you can. Simply turn it on in map settings.
there is a bunch of choices there.
can you provide which server, what map and the dates?
I decided against this long time ago. Toooo many issues with access to external folders in Android.
My response is: have the other app use the GCDroid folder. And many reply that the other app does not support that (likely for the same reason).
yes, just like all the caches that were in the database.
you store files in a folder under windows and then delete the folder... the files are gone too.
same concept. a database is just like a folder.
don't fully understand... BUT:
One big issue with Android is that Google changed the way that apps can access folders constantly.
First access was possible, then they almost completely took it away. Then they added it partially.
Now they are adding new permissions, etc.
All in all it is a pita to do this across all version of Android.
bestimmt :-)
Will be fixed in 2.0.6.
Since GCDroid fixes this upon loading the cache data it will not show the icon for existing caches.
If you refresh the cache it will fix it however. All newly loaded caches will be fixed also.
quick explanation: I know at least one app constantly gets a new token, waaaay too often. GCDroid will get a new token when the old one is no longer valid.
there is not really much choice here. GCDroid will not show anything when it fetches a new token. It will silently do that in the background since no user interaction is needed for this.
The only time when the login page will show is when you change your password since that will likely invalidate the token completely.
Closing this for now. If there is ever a case like that again, please provide a screenshot and some more details.

for me, when I check 'show geoart' corrected coords are ignored, when unchecked they are used
