Allow to link to a gsak folder outside of the app folder

don't fully understand... BUT:

One big issue with Android is that Google changed the way that apps can access folders constantly.

First access was possible, then they almost completely took it away. Then they added it partially.

Now they are adding new permissions, etc.

All in all it is a pita to do this across all version of Android.
