Update for Archived and Found caches in livemap

This was discussed in facebook.  When revisiting an area after a cache is archived or found with different tools it still shows up in the live map.  

It seems straightforward to see if the cache was not pulled in to give it special attention.  It appears live map loads in tiles.  The expected caches already in database can be saved in a temporary list (identified by lat/lon).  These ones that are not reloaded in the server call can be then either explicitly refreshed by GC-code or some other technique.
